VOEUX D'ARTISTES : AN EXHIBITION FOR SOURIRE À LA VIE

Founded by Paul Levy, a brilliant idea, the association Voeux d’Artistes (Artists’ wishes ) is the alliance of a passion for contemporary art and a desire to soothe the daily life of children affected with cancer.

Here is the great concept : For 10 days, a hundred artists, both famous or emerging, all selected by a competent jury, each present a minimum of 10 works (all 20x20cm), each sold for 115 euros, 40 euros of which are donated to the pediatric oncology service of La Timone in Marseille. Over 20 years, the exhibition has become an expected event in the agenda of contemporary art.

It aims at :

- promoting contemporary artists by making them accessible for all,

- offering feel-good moments to children with cancer by improving their daily life. The funds raised are important enough to really upgrade their living conditions.

« Voeux d’artistes is part of the very first partners of Sourire à la vie. Without them, our action could never have prospered as much. For 11 years spent with us, they have enabled us to promote incredible projects for the children we take care of. Up to this day, their are responsible for thousands of smiles put on the faces of some 700 children who have, at some point, been part of the association, especially through the art and dance workshops which deliver great shows performed by the children in prestigious theaters. , Don’t miss this fantastic exhibition from november 13 to 22 this year ! And buy yourself a painting knowing it will color up the life of children affected with cancer. » Frédéric Sotteau, founding-director de Sourire à la Vie.
